The main aim of the team is to coordinate the orderly and regulated follow up of new members.

Maintain a good communication network between the visitors, minister on duty and Pastoral care team.

Create a relational environment where new members feel welcome and accepted to the church.

Develop a system where members who are irregular to church meetings are contacted and cared for.

Establish a good working relationship with other department pastoral care, welfare team, prayer team etc, for the growth of members.
