One of our visions as a corporate body in the body of Christ is for us to move to the next level spiritually, financially and materially. Hence small focus groups have been set up to focus on specific areas.
Variety Sunday – This would be a Sunday whereby different talents would be exhibited. e.g. Singing, Dance Drama, Recite a bible passage etc.
Friend & Family Sunday – This is a Sunday whereby we would invite our friends and family to appreciate them especially the unbelievers. Maybe the ministers could do the welcome on this day.
Appreciation Sunday – This is a day whereby we would appreciate one another and give each other gifts.
Members Acknowledgement Sunday – This appreciation would be in two fold. One appreciation would be for workers and one appreciation for the members. Examples of criteria – bring new members to church, be active in evangelism, attend every service both on Wed and Sunday, pays their tithes regularly, attend either men’s/Women’s program, attends Sunday school class, excels as a worker, etc.
Cultural Sunday – This would be a Sunday where all the various cultures would come together and celebrate.
Drama Group – This is a support group that would ACT various issues of life to edify the body of Christ. The group would be mature and professional in their presentation within the allocated time and would be biblical relevant. The Script must be shown to the Pastor before presentation.
RICH – This is a group that would organize various biz forums, career progression etc.
Community Impact – This is a group that would reach out to the community.
New Members Welcome Dinner – This would be a forum whereby new members are officially welcomed.
Yadah Night – This is a praise Night whereby we can talk about God most especially reaching out to the youths.
Church Beautification: This is the group that decorates the church.
Birthday/Anniversary Coordination– This is a group that would ensure that appropriate gifts are identified, arrange unique methods for each month and oversee the presentation on the door.
Communications Team – This team would publicize all the programmes we have in the church
